Refund Policy

  1. Subscription Billing & Payments
    Siterro operates on a monthly or annual subscription model, with payments processed at the beginning of each billing cycle. Customers agree to automatic renewal unless canceled before the next billing date.
  2. Refund Policy
    a. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee (First-Time Customers Only) First-time customers can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if they are not satisfied with the service. Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@siterro.com with the reason for cancellation.
    b. No Refunds for Renewals or Partial Use After the 7-day period, all payments are final and non-refundable.
    We do not offer refunds for:
    Subscription renewals.
    Partial months of service.
    Downgrading to a lower-tier plan.
  3. Chargebacks & Disputes
    If a chargeback or dispute is filed through a payment provider (e.g., Stripe), Siterro reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account until the dispute is resolved. Customers are encouraged to contact us at support@siterro.com before disputing a charge, as we can often resolve issues faster directly.
  4. Cancellation Policy
    Customers can cancel their subscription at any time via their account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing cycle. No prorated refunds will be issued.
  5. Exceptional Circumstances
    Refunds may be granted at Siterro’s sole discretion in cases of proven system errors or billing mistakes. If an issue arises, customers should email support@siterro.com with relevant details.
